Nexus Early Learning Heidelberg Turns Two: Thank You for Celebrating With Us
On Saturday the 5th of September, our Heidelberg community came together to celebrate two wonderful years of Nexus Early Learning Heidelberg, and what a joy it was to share the day with so many of our families.
A celebration two years in the making
From pony rides and face painting to henna, bubble fun, and a very popular nail art station, the centre was full of laughter, colour, and the kind of joyful chaos that only a room (and garden) full of excited toddlers can bring. Families gathered from 10:30 in the morning through to early afternoon, and it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces, alongside some new ones, out enjoying the sunshine together.
Thank you to every family who came along, RSVP'd, brought a smile, or simply stopped by to say hello. Days like this remind us why we do what we do.
Two years of growing together
When Nexus Early Learning Heidelberg opened its doors, our goal was simple: to build a warm, Montessori-inspired environment where children could grow in independence, curiosity, and confidence, and where families felt truly part of a community, not just enrolled in a program.
Two years on, that's exactly what's taken shape. We've watched children take their first steps into structured learning, celebrated countless small milestones, and built genuine relationships with the families who trust us with their children every day. None of that happens without the educators, families, and children who make this centre what it is.
Here's to the next chapter
As we look ahead to another year of learning, play, and growth, we're grateful for the community that's grown alongside us here in Heidelberg. Whether your family has been with us since day one or you're just getting to know us, thank you for being part of the Nexus story.
If you weren't able to join us on the day but would love to see what Nexus Early Learning Heidelberg is all about, we'd love to show you around.
