At Nexus Early Learning, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful and inclusive environment where every child feels protected, valued and heard.
In line with our Child Protection Policy, Child Safe Environment Policy, and the Victorian Child Safe Standards, we pledge to:
Prioritise the safety and wellbeing of every child in our care
Listen to children and support them to express their thoughts and feelings
Respect and celebrate the diverse backgrounds, identities and needs of all children
Respond to concerns with core, sensitivity and urgency
Ensure all staff are trained in the trained in the Child Safe Standards and understand their role in protecting children
Continually reflect on and strengthen our practise to maintain a culture of safety, trust and transparency
Keeping children safe is not just a responsibility-it is a commitment we uphold each day through our actions, relationships and values.
